  • 무엇이 자신에게 동기를 부여하나요?

These days, I don’t feel the same drive I used to. In the past, I could push myself with passion and intensity, almost burning myself out just to get things done. But now, that fire isn’t quite there anymore.

I’ve been thinking about what could truly motivate me. Right now, my biggest reason is my girlfriend—soon to be my wife. I want to give us a better home, a nice car, the freedom to travel abroad, and the chance to enjoy great food together. Those are clear goals, and I know I’m working for them. But strangely, they don’t spark the same intense motivation I once had.

So lately, I keep asking myself: How can I reignite that spark and push myself harder again?

  • The clash between New England and LAFC unfolded as a tightly contested battle from the very beginning. New England, energized by their home advantage, pressed aggressively and threatened on the counter, while LAFC relied on steady possession to gradually build their rhythm. The first half remained finely balanced, but everything shifted once the second half began.

The turning point was none other than Son Heung-min. Both of LAFC’s second-half goals were sparked by his involvement. His movements unsettled the back line, his vision opened up passing lanes, and his quick link-up play ignited the decisive attacking sequences. In truth, those two goals were not simply the result of teammates’ finishing touches—they were the product of Son’s awareness and selfless contribution. His final assist in the closing moments of the match not only sealed the result for LAFC but also symbolized how vital his presence is to the entire flow of the team’s attack.

Son Heung-min is far more than just a scorer. He constantly draws two or three defenders toward him, inevitably creating space and opportunities for others. Matches that might otherwise stall suddenly shift when he is on the ball. Even when he isn’t the one putting the ball in the net, he is the true “architect of the attack,” elevating the team’s entire tactical level.

Of course, there is still room for refinement. Yet this match once again demonstrated how Son’s vision and commitment transcend the box score. Beyond his influence on the pitch, his symbolic and commercial value cannot be ignored. The revenue generated from his jersey sales is not just a bonus—it is a resource that LAFC could channel into signing stronger players and pursuing bigger ambitions.

Son Heung-min has always played one step ahead, dictating the game with his intelligence and presence. Now it is up to the club to decide how they will harness the ripple effect he creates. His play is not merely about personal glory—it resonates with his team, his national side, and, in a broader sense, with the entire culture of football.

  • First of all, I live in Korea and live in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do, under Seoul, so I can see some good things and regret, so I’ll let you know.

First of all, I think the transportation infrastructure is quite good.

Incheon, Bucheon, Gwangmyeong, Suwon, Pangyo, Seoul, and even Ansan, Hwaseong, Pyeongtaek, and Dangjin under it are well-established, so I think it’s good for business.

So there are many factories and start-up centers, and of course, there are times when trucks come in and out well because of the dense concentration, and the road is a little blocked…. 😭

So sometimes I think that when foreigners travel, all tourism, service, and accommodation are held in Seoul, so I think we can expand the opportunities further. I also think, hee hee, of course, there is nothing I can do, but I love the city… Hee hee

And Siheung seems to be a city with high potential. The land is huge, so it seems good for large companies to come in. It would be nice to do real estate, right? Is it good to buy at a low point? Hee hee, for example… I think it can be seen as Hwaseong. Hwaseong has grown rapidly as the population has increased and apartments have sprung up like a bamboo shoot. In addition, the theme park is being prepared very big. I think Siheung has better access to Seoul, but it is much more likely. Hee hee, just like a company called Chong Kun Dang has entered Siheung this time. Chong Kun Dang is a company famous for its lactofit, as those who know it know!

And secondly, there are many hidden cost-effective restaurants.

Cafes are pretty, and there are many famous places in Korea.

I lived in Siheung for 3 years? It’s about that, but after moving in, things like whether I feel good or not are going well, and I’m meeting a good spouse and living a happy life, so I think the good points mentioned earlier helped my lifestyle a lot!

“If everyone comes to Korea, if they have a chance in Siheung, come and play!”

  • What brings peace to you?

I can’t explain it in one way.

After finishing all the work in the evening.

I make dinner with my loved ones.

Watching a fun TV program at the table.

The moment you eat delicious food.

    After finishing the evening shower.

I lay in bed and told you what happened today.

Talking about this and that with my wife.

    When I fall asleep.

Businesses and plans that I thought and expected

It fits perfectly when it falls.

    What else is there…

Drinking the coffee that I’ve done my job and brewed.

Before you lean back comfortably and think about the next things and plan.

Will the silence flowing in between bring me peace, albeit in a small way?

  • “But…”

The very act of starting a sentence carries a negative connotation.

“It didn’t work because of this.”

    “Why didn’t it work?”

    “It’s because of him.”

    Blame others.

    “I’ll do it tomorrow.”

    “I’ll do it tomorrow.”

Words like, “If you don’t change today, you won’t change tomorrow.”

“Wouldn’t it work if you did this?”

“Oh, this is fine. But what if there’s something else?”

The helplessness of just thinking about it.

  • Seoul summers are no joke. The heat and humidity can turn even the best outdoor plans into a sweaty mess. So here’s the perfect fix:
Spend your day in Seongsu, hopping between air-conditioned, aesthetic spaces—all without breaking a sweat.

Here’s why Seongsu is Seoul’s hidden gem for indoor summer dates and style-filled shopping:

❄️ 1. KITH + Hong Kong Milk Company

Start your afternoon in cool, curated fashion at KITH.
Not only is it a high-end streetwear space, but the Hong Kong Milk Tea bar inside offers icy relief and a photo-worthy moment.

❄️ 2. MUSINSA Warehouse (무신사 창고)

Think indoor treasure hunting. From trendy basics to limited streetwear pieces, this massive space is a paradise for anyone who loves fashion (and air conditioning).

    ❄️ 3. Blue Hinoki Pop-Up

Minimalist design + cool white interiors = a perfectly chill browsing experience.
Bonus: you’ll get a free miniature just for visiting.

    ❄️ 4. Rom&nd Flagship Store

A pastel-toned beauty space that’s air-conditioned, well-lit, and interactive. Try on viral lip tints in peace. No sunburns here.

    ❄️ 5. Salomon Seoul

This flagship blends technical gear with street-style cool—all in a quiet, climate-controlled space. Perfect for couples who hike… in theory.

    ❄️ 6. SW19 Perfume

Step into their sleek, gallery-like interior and smell your way through minimalist fragrances. Calm, cool, and very K-style.

    ❄️ 7. 자연도 소금빵

Cap off the day with a cozy indoor bakery stop. Sit by the window, share some salt bread, and cool down before heading home.

    🧊 Bonus:

All spots are within walking distance, and mostly shaded or indoors.
No hiking. No sweating. Just chill, shop, sip, and fall in love (with each other or with Korean style).

  • If you’re visiting Seoul and planning to shop in Myeongdong, don’t miss this underrated local favorite. It’s not just another tourist trap – this shop is changing the game with prices even locals are surprised by. And if you read this post to the end, you’ll even get a FREE gift when you visit!

🛍️ Why This Shop Is Different

Most shops in Myeongdong mark up their prices for one-time tourists.
But this store is run by a Dongdaemun veteran – someone who spent decades dealing directly with exporters and Chinese wholesale buyers. That means:

    • No inflated prices
    • No fake “duty-free” signs
    • Just real Korean products at honest, factory-level prices

They offer beauty products, souvenirs, lifestyle items, and snacks – all perfect for travelers, and ideal if you’re buying in bulk for friends, family, or even small resellers.

🔁 Bonus: Wholesale & Export Available

If you’re a traveler looking to start a business or source Korean goods in your country, this is the perfect starting point.
Ask the owner directly – they’re happy to discuss wholesale pricing, minimum orders, and even custom sourcing.
